ISHAAN PRADESH (NORTH EAST REGION) is the region mentioned in our mythological texts (mainly Arunachal Pradesh where Goddess Rukmani resided). As soon as Goddess Rukmani remembered Lord Shri Krishna, the next moment God himself appeared before her and formed a bond of love with her.
